Magnitude 4.8 Earthquake Strikes Cuba

Miami, FL, United States (AHN) – A magnitude 4.8 earthquake hit Cuba on Saturday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

There were no immediate reports of injuries of major damage. The quake struck 20 miles southwest of Guantanamo Bay and 510 miles southeast of Havana.

The Miami Herald reports the quake was felt in parts of Haiti.
