(News 13) Charisa Coulter, one of the American missionaries detained for over a month in Haiti on suspicion of kidnapping 33 children, has been released.

The leader of the missionary group, Laura Silsby, is still being held for allegedly trying to take the children out of the country after January’s devastating earthquake. It’s unclear if and when she’ll be released.
