Wyclef Jean is being sued by a 1990s rap group who claims he sampled their song without permission. Blahzay Blahzay are suing the ex-Fugee for $2 million, claiming he didn’t get proper permission to use their song “Danger” on his track “Welcome to the East,” which is off the 2007 album The Carnival 2 (Memoirs of an Immigrant) available now on iTunes.
